I don’t even want to know how many sweet couples had to change their wedding plans due to COVID. 2020 was a hard year in so many ways, and weddings were no exception. Ben and Hannah had a small ceremony of about fifty people planned to be held at Hall’s Pizza Kitchen (which is absolutely hands down THE best pizza anywhere in the world, and I simply refuse to listen if you try to convince me otherwise) in OKC. It was going to be intimate, with perfect florals and a cozy dining room celebration, as well as beautiful rooftop photos and delicious pizza. Like for real, a dream wedding. But as the days passed and the wedding got closer with nothing but an upward trend in cases of the virus, Ben and Hannah decided that an intimate and cozy indoor celebration would put too many people they loved at risk. With nothing but grace and kindness, they quickly adjusted their plans to allow only their immediate families and their bridal party inside the large and lovely Frontline Church’s sanctuary. We were able to capture their sweet portraits, along with their intentional ceremony, and a few quick photos with their people after the ceremony. It was simple, it was sweet, and though it may not have included pizza, it was, in my opinion, a dream wedding all the same!
